What if I don’t like my design?

Our customer’s satisfaction is always our top priority. Therefore, in the event that you don’t like your design we’d be more than happy to make revisions until you’re 100% satisfied with your purchase.

 

How many samples do I receive?

Logo designs come with up to 3 samples to choose from. All other services such as flyers, business cards, thank you cards, etc come with one design which can be edited as needed to fit to your liking.

   

Can I see the design before I purchase it?

Unfortunately, we do not design for free. Your order must be placed before we can begin on your project. You are always welcome to browse our portfolio to ensure our design style is right for you before booking!

 

What files do I get with my logo?

The final copy of your logo will be sent in the form of a JPG file, PNG file (transparent) or a PDF file upon request. Black and white files are also provided for an additional fee of $20 each.

 

What if I don’t know exactly how I want my logo?

Don’t worry, that’s fine! We have no problem with free styling if you are unsure of how you want your design. 

 

I’m interested in a service, but I don’t see it on your website.

Can I send inspo pics and references?

Yes! Inspo pics are not required to start the design process but if you have any please feel free to send them after booking.

 

Do you create cartoon logos?

No! Please note that we do not create cartoon logos, we will not be able to add an image of you to your logo design.
