Terms & Conditions
Turnaround Time
Turnaround times are listed in the description under each service. Turnaround time does not include holidays.
Turnaround time begins once your order has been placed and you have sent over all necessary information to begin the design process. Turnaround times are subject to change if client fails to submit information on time.
Revisions
Once your designs are complete if there's anything you don't like we are more than happy to make changes until you are 100% satisfied.
Clients are allowed 3 free revisions. If additional revisions are requested a fee of $15 is due before we can continue making edits. Revisions are always completed and delivered to the client within 24 hours.
Once the client approves of their design there will be no additional revisions. Any future changes that the client wishes to make after their designs have been finalized will result in a fee of $10 each.
Payment
Full payment must be relinquished to Graphics By Bri before a project is started. Partial payment and deposits are not accepted. Orders can be placed on our website or via Cash App upon request from the client.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our services Graphics By Bri has a no refund policy and all sales are final. Refunds will only be given in the event we are unable to complete your project due to personal emergencies or technical challenges.
Files
Logos come with 3 drafts for the client to choose from. All logo drafts will be watermarked by Graphics By Bri before the client's approval on the final design.
Once the client has approved of their design it will be sent in the form of a JPG file, PNG file (transparent) or a PDF file upon request.
Black and white files are also provided upon request from the client at an additional charge of $20 each.
Once services have been rendered, Graphics By Bri reserves the right to post any designs that were created unless the client has requested otherwise.
Printing + Shipping
All designs are created and delivered to the client digitally. Graphics By Bri does not offer printing services nor is anything shipped to the client.
